Snowblower Engine Maintenance
2.1 Oil Change:First use:20Hour Oil Change.In the future50Hour oil change.
2.2 Oil Change Methods:Hot Car Oil Change,Engine start combustion10Minutes or so to stop,Open the oil drain screw at the bottom of the oil,Tighten the drain screw after the standby oil flows clean,Open the oil screw,Fill oil,And check the oil dipstick.,The standard oil is at the middle of the upper limit and the lower limit of the dipstick.Tighten oil screw and oil dipstick.
2.3 Air Filter Replacement:100Hour to replace the air filter element.
2.4 Air Filter Replacement Method:Open air filter housing, unscrew air filter fixing screws to remove the filter, replace the new filter, and install in place.
Note:Make sure there is no sand around before removing the filter element to avoid entering the engine air intake..
2.5 Spark Plug Replacement:200Hour to replace the spark plug.
Replacement method:Take off the high pressure cap of the spark plug, unscrew the spark plugs with the special sleeve for spark plugs, install the new spark plug and tighten it.
Attention: start must be strictly in accordance with the time for maintenance.High quality lubricants are used.
Before starting the snow blower engine at low temperature, you must close the damper and then start the engine. Open half the damper within 10 seconds after the engine start.30All open after 2 seconds. The damper must be fully open when walking and snow removing.

Engine parking handling:
(1) Fuel oil:Close the valve, open the bottom of the carburetor screw, discharge the carburettor internal fuel, and then start the engine, complete combustion carbureter fuel, until the engine naturally extinguished.
(2) Exhaust oil:,After the fuel is burned clean, the engine oil is discharged clean. Add new oil before use next year.
(3) Battery voltage below level for a long time,Charge the battery before parking it,Charge before use next year.
Snow Blower Gear Replacement
3.1 Gear Oil Replacement:50Hour Replacement,Daily checks to ensure no impurities,No discoloration,Within the normal range of oil, less than the normal amount of oil to fill in time. If there are impurities or discoloration, replace them in time。
Replacement Method: Open the oil drain screw at the bottom of the gearbox,Tighten drain screw after drain gear oil,Open the top dipstick,Filling Gear Oil(80w90), in the upper and lower dipstick upper position.
3.2 Long parking after snow season:Machines are parked for long periods after the snow season,The original gearbox oil must be replaced before the next use begins,Change into a new gear oil before use.
Brush Blade Replacement
4.1 The use of breakage and bristles wear to the replacement cycle to replace the brush piece.
4.2 Wear Replacement Standard:After the brush head support wheel is adjusted to the lowest position,Brush bristles can not carry out snow cleaning work after the need to replace a new brush.
Snowthrower Replacement method
