Preparations for quad snow sweepers
1. Before starting the quad snow sweepers, it is necessary to have a certain understanding of the snow quality, thickness, hardness, and road surface conditions of the working section.
2. When the driver operates the equipment, the working speed is appropriate to avoid damage to the working device.
3. The driver also needs to adjust the working device sled and support wheel according to the actual situation, so that the gap between the bottom of the working device and the road surface can meet the needs of the uneven road surface. This gap is generally 1~2cm more suitable.
4. It is necessary to set up snow removal operation signs within an appropriate range before and after the snow removal equipment to ensure driving safety.
When driving the quad snow sweepers, the driver should do the following:
1. Before starting or operating the working device, you should observe whether there are people and obstacles around the vehicle, carefully observe whether there are vehicles and pedestrians in the front and rear, close the door, turn on the turn signal, and honk the horn to start.
2. When the engine is running, it is strictly forbidden to stand between the front and rear tires of the vehicle, between the boom and the front frame, and at the front and rear of the sweeper.
3. The water temperature should not be lower than 50 ℃ when starting, and start with a low gear to avoid rapid acceleration.
4. When the road sweeper is driving, no one is allowed to get on or off the vehicle.
5. Driving after drinking is strictly prohibited, smoking, eating, chatting, making phone calls, and listening to headphones is not allowed when driving a vehicle.
6. The driving speed is maintained at 15/h.
7. When the vehicle is driving on rainy, snowy, muddy, and residual oil roads, the vehicle should pay attention to anti-skid, avoid rapid acceleration, and emergency braking, so as to avoid loss of control and cause accidents.
8. Pay attention to the working conditions of the vehicle, such as braking, steering, lights, and other parts that affect safety. When a fault occurs on the way, you must stop and check, and risk driving is not allowed.
9. When the road sweeper is cleaning, the material should be poured out in time when the bucket is full, and the upper cover of the bucket should be opened and closed slowly and uniformly to avoid a large impact.
10. When there is entanglement on the sweeping roller of the road sweeper, it should be cleaned in time to prevent the normal operation of the sweeper from being affected.
11. The minimum height of the sweeping roller adjustment of the road sweeper is that the sweeping roller base plate cannot contact with the bucket. It should be checked and adjusted in time. If the sweeping cover is found to be inclined, it should be adjusted in time to prevent damage to the sweeping roller caused by the eccentric angle.
12. Before turning off the vehicle, it should run at idle speed for 3-5 minutes, and turn off the engine.
13. After parking, put each joystick in the neutral position, cut off the power supply, pull the handbrake, and slowly move each joystick to reduce the residual pressure of the hydraulic system.
14. Close the doors and windows, lock the doors, park them neatly, and fill in the usage records.
